From highway "A20 Rotterdam - Gouda" follow the signs "Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel". At the traffic lights at the end of the ramp, turn left. This is the "Schielandweg", on your left hand side you pass a Shell gas station. Cross the railroad using the small tunnel and travel straight ahead untill you reach trafficlights. (On the corner at the righthand side you see a restaurant named Cartoons) Go right and pass the railroad again using the tunnel under the station. On the roundabout go left. (The farm the "Batavier" is directly at your left hand side) The first lane on the left is the "Rietveen". Follow the road and turn right twice, number 36 is at your left after 20 meters.
From Rotterdam Central Station use the stopping train with the direction "Gouda - Utrecht". The stop after "Capelle Schollevaar" is "Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel". From "Utrecht - Gouda" take the stopping train with direction "Rotterdam CS", the stop after "Gouda" is "Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel". From the station it is 2 minutes if you take the exit Dorrestein. Walk down to the roundabout and go left. The first lane on your left is the "Rietveen". Follow the road and turn right twice, number 36 is at your left after 20 meters.
From "Rotterdam Alexander" or elsewhere on the route use bus number 95 or 190 from "Capelle Schenkel" and exit on the "Batavierlaan". From "Gouda" use bus number 190, which also stops at the "Batavierlaan." When you exit the bus you are almost on the Rietveen. Walk into this street and on the right is number 36.
